I ROCKINGHAM PARK NOTES . . $ The suspension incurred by trainer Joe Gorga in Florida terminated June 4, by the order of the Florida Racing Commission. To avoid any differences in the placing of horses in the future at Rockingham, the stewards will examine every picture of the finish before the official sign is posted. The official button which registers approval of the posted result on the board, has been moved to the stewards stand and the camera finish must receive their approval before the race is announced as definite. The new procedure will undoubtedly necessitate a slight delay posting at the finish, but in the opinion of the stewards and directorate, assures patrons of the utmost protection in each race. Jockey Johnny Longden. leading rider of the current New Hampshire Jockey Club session, wishes it made plain that he has no connection with persons soliciting wagers or offering information concerning his mounts. He requests that anyone approched by parties, representing themselves as Longden or as having connections with him, to notify the authorities at once.
