I DUFFERIN PARK NOTES $, $ Jockey A. Prain was fined 5 at Dufferin Park on Monday for misconduct while in the jockeys quarters. Four horses, the property of the Mountain Rose Stable will be shipped to Hamilton on Thursday. Attaches in the secretarys office at Dufferin Park will accept applications from horsemen for stalls for the ten-day meeting at Devonshire, commencing July 8. Starter Thomas Clark has added County Court, King Bob and Nourrice to the list of horses which must start from outside post positions. With the permission of the stewards, H. Nevilles Brandy Snap ran in the first race with blinker equipment added. Mrs. S. Caplans Baggataway and Mrs. J. L. Kennedys Miss Worthmore will be shipped to Devonshire at the close of the Dufferin Park meeting. Paul Mecklenburg obtained the useful plater Leo D., from A. Gauthier for a private consideration George Alexandra reports that Slycat and Creme de Menthe are both on the ailing list at Long Branch and it is doubtful whether they will recover in time to be campaigned for the remainder of the season. Jockeys F. Mann, N. Foden, D. Brammer and several others, who are vacationing during the present meeting at Dufferin Park, are scheduled to resume riding at Hamilton on Saturday. - . ,, . Miss Manoa.
