ARLINGTON PARK NOTES 3 : Starter Roy Dickerson set up the Bahr gate in the seven furlongs chute and began schooling at Arlington Park Wednesday morning. Schooling will be conducted each morning between 6:00 and 8:00 a. m. Weights for the ,500 Inaugural Handicap, the seven furlongs feature of the opening day program at Arlington Park on June 29, will be released by handicapper Charles J. McLennan on Thursday, June 25. Entries will be taken at Hawthorne by William Doyle and George Swain Saturday and phoned to Arlington Park for the opening days program. The entries will be closed by racing secretary McLennan at Arlington Park. Trainer W. W. Crees has applied for stalls at Arlington Park for H. C. McConnells Quotum, Theorem, Red Quibble and Quite, and Mrs. M. Sheppards Upholder. C. W. Fershalls Naughty, Charlie Chan, Judge Leer, Thistle Geni and Honorary are due to arrive at Arlington Park. , Harry I. Day, inventor of the "Eye in the Sky," the 00,000 finish picture device being introduced to Chicago racegoers at Arlington Parks coming meeting, reports that he expects to have his mechanism installed in time to hold a public test on Sunday, June 28. Two shipments arrived at Arlington Park from Latonia Tuesday, trainer G. Brooks bringing six including the good handicap horse, Visigoth, and Willie Crump unloading seven horses. Sidney S. Brown, placing judge and entry clerk at Arlington Park, will report to racing secretary C. J. McLennan here Thursday. He is coming from Detroit.
