RULINGS AT NORTHAMPTON j I PARK IN OHIO j AKRON, Ohio, June 24. The following rulings were issued this afternoon by the Northampton Park stewards: "J. E. Weil, former horse owner of Akron, had his badge taken up today and was denied all privileges of the course for alleged attempting to fix races. It has been recommended to the Ohio State Racing Commis-I sion by the stewards that Weil be ruled off all tracks in Ohio. "For making statements which he failed to substantiate, trainer J. A. Armstrong and all horses in his care have been suspended for the remainder of the meeting. "For reckless and deliberate rough riding leaving the post in the second race Wednesday, the license of jockey H. Adams has been revoked. "The future entry of the horse Kranella has been ordered refused until proper ownership can be determined for the stewards."
