I DETROIT TURF NOTES 4 The fourth and final issue of condition books for the meeting was distributed among the horsemen Tuesday. The Woodward Stakes and the Liberty Handicap, the former for two-year-olds and the latter for three-year-olds and upward, features the closing day program on Saturday, July 4.
