Taylor, 49, of Chanute, Kan., damages to the entent of 5,000 for a broken neck sustained in a collision between two locomotives near Burden, Kan., September 16, 1934. At the time Taylor was a fireman on a A. T. and S. F. helper engine that rolled down from the top of a grade, crashing into a passenger engine that was on its way up the grade. He was the only survivor of the crews of either engine.
