PREDICTS SUCCESSFUL MEETING CICERO, 111., Oct. 12. Assisted by Charle3 W. Bidwill and John Patton. Edward J. OHarc, president of the National Jockey Club, personally directed operations as Sportsmans Park opened here this afternoon. OHare arrived yesterday from tho East and during a minute inspection of the plant expressed complete satisfaction with preparations made during his absence. "With favorable weather we should have a successful meeting," he said.
