OHIO BREEDERS ORGANIZATION CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct 12, Members, of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association of Ohio formed a temporary organizational a meeting in the River Downs clubhouse, at noon Saturday. I. J. Collins of - Lancaster, former member of the Ohio Racing Commission, was named chairman. He appointed T. J. McCaffery, W. J. Mulvihill and W. J. Sprow a committee to draft up rules and by-laws and report back as soon as possible. It was the consensus that a benefit organi-; zation for horsemen and jockeys similar to j the one existing in Michigan should be formed and charity days instituted at Ohio 1 tracks to raise funds for the organization.
