DELAWARE PARK CONSTRUCTION NEAR FINISHING STAGES LAUREL, Md., Oct 19. Frank M. Kelly who is in charge of construction for the Delaware Steeplechase and Racing Association, was a visitor at Laurel Monday and announced that Delaware Park near Wil mington, is rapidly approaching finishing stages. He stated that the principal entrances to the course have been completed, the inner and outer steeplechase course i sodded and seeded, and fifteen tons of blue i grass and clover spread. The main track or jone mile, with chutes for six furlongs and , mile and one-quarter races, is practically completed, and most work is now beinr done on the grandstand, on which concrete h-i, just been poured into foundations
