CAMERA FOR FAIR GROUNDS NEW ORLEANS, La., Oct 19. General manager Robert S. Eddy, Jr., who is busy at his desk at the Fair Grounds, expects to close this week for the "camera eye," which will be installed this winter. He has carefully studied the various types submitted and is expected to make his decision on a camera which has been pronounced by experts as one of the best used this summer at several of the larger tracks. Mr Eddy also expected H. Jacobs, of the Jacobs Brothers, to arrive this week to begin work on rearranging the connections at the Fair Grounds.
