H. R. RILEYS NEW ROLE NEW ORLEANS, La., Oct 19 H. R. Riley, leading rider of the country in 1930, has turned full, fledged trainer at the Fair Grounds and is now handling the horses of A. N. Smith, who formerly was associated with E. J. OConnell. Under Rileys direction, Two Brooms has won seven races, Ana X. four races and Jefferson three races. It will be his first appearance here in his new role. , , .
