The management of Blue Bonnets added 00 to the purse of the steeplechase event bringing the purse to 00 value. They also added 00 to the original seventh event in the condition book but the event failed to fill. The Island Stables seven-year-old gelding Done For, pulled up very sore after being galloped a quarter of a mile this morning. Acajou, Lumberer and Stockwood, of the stable of trainer Rod Arbique and oligibles for the Quebec Kings Plate, worked together five furlongs Wednesday morning and Acajou showed the most favor for the going.
