WARALII, slow to attain her best stride and outpaced to the stretch, came to the outside, rallied to strong riding, overhauled the leaders and was ready to draw clear. NO RECALL, a strong factor through out, disposed of ANTIGUA in the stretch, but could not withstand the winner. PATSY ELLEN began slowly, was taken to the inside while improving her position, readied contention, but tired near the end. ANTIGUA, displayed fine speed to the final sixteenth, then tired under strong riding. SABIK had ho excuses. GORDONS" GIFT had good early speed. LYNETTE 0. quit. The others were never dangerous. RICHLEIN, outrun for a half mile, moved up gradually thereafter, responded to strong riding, overhauled the leaders and won in the final strides. DON GRAFTON, slow to get going, was brought between horses while bettering his position, rallied to pressure, took command inside the final sixteenth, but could not repulse the winner. SPAZZ was rushed to the lead, set the pace under mild reserve, offered stubborn contention when challenged and held on determinedly in the final stages. BLINDFOLD gained steadily, reached the leaders, then tired. BEESON closed a good gap from a slow beginning. PARADUN dropped back approaching the stretch, but came fast in the stretch. SKY EMPRESS quit, as did ENOCH BORLAND. TWO EDGED tired in the stretch. CRAFTY FOX was done after five-eighths. BLACK TOREADOR showed nothing. THIRD RACE- 3-4 MILE Out of Chute. HOME LOAN came around on the outside of the early leaders in the stretch to get to the front in the last eighth and won under pressure. BROADWAY BREEZE was a strong contender from the start and raced well to the finish. FOUNTAIN GROVE got through on the inside in the back stretch to take command, but tired in the stretch. LT. GREENOCK was never a dangerous contender, although making up some ground. PATRIOTIC was outrun all the way and raced far below his best form. MISS AMIE began slowly. POLVOS PRINCE dropped back slightly after going half the distance, but saved ground and was best of the others. PAPER SUN lacked early speed, but mailo up some ground. BOULEVARD could not keep up. TOWNSMAN was forced to take back while racing on the inside of BROWN JADE and, j after stumbling, was taken to the middle of the track and timidly handled, but finished gamely on his own I courage. ROUTINE got through an opening in the stretch to finish fairly well. BROWN JADE was unable to get to the front and tired in the stretch. HIGH VOTE could not keep up.
