HEADLEY SPLITS STABLE FOR WINTER TURF CAMPAIGN LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 15. Hal Price Headleys Beaumont Farm, will be represented in the racing at both Hialeah Park, Fla., and Santa Anita Park, Calif, this winter. The Florida string, which will be in charge of the owner, himself will embrace Grand Pageant, Heritage, Jim Mike, Mister Major, Panorama, Supreme Speed, Top Queen and two yearlings, brown filly by ApprehensionMammys Girl, by Pharamond II., and a bay filly, by Apprehension Neither One, by Whichone. The California string, which will be in charge of Duval Headley, will embrace the following: Aira-cuda, Bourbon King, Dah He, Drift Along, Flying Lee, Hants, Old Nassau, Preeminent and Volitation. Jim Mike, Mister Major and Supreme Speed will be candidates for the Flamingo Stakes and the two yearlings for the Everglade Stakes. Bourbon King, Dah He and Flying Lee will be nominees for the Santa Anita Handicap and Airacuda, Hants and Volitation will be reliances, for the Santa Anita Derby.
