GALENTO WINS FROM THOMAS PHILADELPHIA, Pa., Nov. 15. Tony Galento, challenger for Joe Louis heavyweight ; title, moved a step closer to a championship match when he stopped Harry Thomas of Eagle Bend, Minn., in the third round of their scheduled ten-round bout. Thomas was knocked down five times in that round and when he sank to the canvas the final time Referee Tommy OKeefe stopped the fight.
