INDICTED IN U. S. MILK QUIZ Dr. Herman N. Bundesen, president of the Chicago Board of Health; Capt. Daniel Gilbert, chief investigator for States Attorney j Courtney; together with the principal dairy J companies and their officials, the Milk Drivers Union and its officials, the Pure Milk Association, were among the thirty-four firms and sixty-three officials indicted by the federal jury charging them with violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, in the milk industry.
