NEWSPRINT MILL EXPANDS The Southland Paper Mills, Inc., has announced plans for a newsprint paper manufacturing mill near Lufkin, Texas, at a cost of approximately ,750,000. A securities act registration filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission disclosed these plans. Units of stock, available on a part-payment plan, will be offered newspaper publishers.
