NAZI ON ARREST CRUSADE LONDON, England, Dec. 1 The London Daily Telegraph reported from Berlin today that Nazi secret police arrested fifty persons oh charges of high treason, accusing them of encouraging workers in "Grousing campaigns." The paper said the arrested include Dr. Luppe, former Mayor of Nuremburg; Kranz.Kuenstler, former Chairman of the Socialist Party in Berlin; Dr. Herman Brill, former socialist member of the Reichstag, and Otto Brass, a socialist.
