McAULlFFE ACQUIRES HORSES Proves Successful Missionary for Oriental Park Among Owners at the Fair Grounds Track. NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 1. Among the Stables that will be shipped from New Orleans to Havana, Cuba, for the scheduled fifty-two days of racing at Oriental Park are the following: Mrs. J. Goodwin: Zump, Lernana, Don Gomez, Maple Barbara, Balkan Maid, Ann Brock, Gentleman Jim and a yearling. Mrs. H Torriente: Just High, Francine C, Abdicate, Bugle Bell, Western Run, Golden Pigeon, Young Playtime, R. L. Baker. Mrs. H. M. Hunter: The Bouncer, Head Man, Cappoquin, Ruth. G., Bosto. Mrs. V. Coleman: Harrys Choice. Other shipments are being prepared for departure next week, and it is expected that approximately one hundred horses will go from here to the island, according to Robert P. McAuliffe, who has been here for several days doing missionary work in behalf of the Oriental Park management.
