GROCERS PLAN MERGER Final details of a merger between Sprague, Warner and Co. and Samuel Kunin and Sons, grocery concerns, are expected to be completed before the end of this week. It is expected that Col. A. A. Sprague will be chairman of the consolidated firms, with William D. Dean, president of Sprague-War-ner, being retained in the same position. Harry and Maxwell Kunin will probably become executives of the new organization..
