HORN RE-ELECTED PRESIDENT BALTIMORE, Md., Dec. 1 . At the annual meeting of the Maryland Racing Writers Association, held in the Lord Baltimore Hotel, Wednesday night, Edgar G. Horn was re-elected president of the organization, a position he has held since the formation of the body. George Snow was elected vice-president, whila Russell Oakes and W; Mal-lowan were elected to the board of directors. Several new members were elected, including Davis J. Walsh, formrly with Universal Ser- j vice.
