CARLOAD ARRIVES FROM BOWIE NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 1. A carload of horses arrived from Bowie, Md., this morning and were placed in quarters at the Fair Grounds by racing secretary Richard A. Leigh. The consignment consisted of eight horses owned by Mrs. E. J. Chambers, four for the Liberty Lane Stable and three the property of D. P. Veneziano,
