W. G. McADOO TAKEN ILL WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 7. Former United States Senator William G. McAdoo, 75, of California, who suffered an attack of indigestion and was ordered to bed last night, was reported much better today. His wife said: "He is up and about, but he will rest during the day." Dr. Geo. W. Calver, capital physician and an old-time friend, advised McAdoo to rest for twenty-four hours when he was called to his hotel apartment last night.
