BURTON HOLLYWOOD OFFICIAL CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., Dec. 7. Fred Burton, racing secretary at Charles Town, W. Va., received confirmation of his appointment as racing secretary for the Hollywood Jockey Club in Florida. It was also announced that Bob Frend, who served as starter in New England has been appointed to the starters position.
