ECCARD WINS QUICKLY NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 7. Ralph Ec-. card, who rode Infidox to victory at the Fair Grounds last season in the second race in which he sported the silks, lost no time in ! making his presence felt at the Louisiana Jockey Clubs course on his return to the saddle here. He piloted Roidef to victory in the opening race Tuesday after having arrived in town the night before. Eccard, a much more seasoned saddlesmith than he was a year ago, has held his own with the best booters in the East and in New England during the past summer.
