CARRUTHERS PLAN VACATION LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 7. Roy Carruth-ers and Mrs. Carruthers will leave their home at Versaille for Los Angeles on December 27 to spend the remainder of the winter. Carruthers, who is rapidly regaining his health, says he does not intend to work this winter. Heretofore he has served as a steward at Santa Anita Park. C. J. FitzGerald, who will be in the stand again this winter at Santa Anita, will leave his home at Riverside, Conn., Christmas night, for California. !
