HOLLYWOODS NEW STARTER HOUSTON, Texas, Dec. 7. Bob Frend, who now makes his home at Lufkin, Texas, today received an offer from the Hollywood Jockey Club, Inc., at Miami, Fla., of the starters position during the meeting which is scheduled to begin at the new Florida track January 18. Frend, who started at Suffolk Downs and Rockingham Park during ther summer and early fall, said he would accept the offer.
