EVA TANGUAY IMPROVING HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Dec. 13 Hope that -Eva Tanguay would recover from a critical illness was expressed today by her doctor as the former "I Dont Care" girl of vaudeville showed marked improvement. "I think she is going to surprise us after all," said Dr. W. W. Starr. "She feels no pain and has lost no blood for twenty-four hours." The former stage star is suffering, he said, from internal hemorrhages, complicated by arthritis.
