TIMONIUM STOCKHOLDERS MEET BALTIMORE, Md., Dec. 13. The annual stockholders meeting of the Maryland State Fair and Agricultural Society of Baltimore County Timonium Fair was held recently at the Pimlico race course. The principal business transacted was the election of the board "of managers for the coming year. The entire board was re-elected, with the addition of Henry A. Parr III., who was elected to the vacancy created by the death of Gen. Clinton L. Riggs. The stockholders recommended that the 1939 fair dates follow the time-honored tradition of opening on Labor Day, which will make the 1939 Timonium dates from Monday, September 4, through Thursday, September 14. In addition to serving as the official state fair for the state, Timonium also offers ten days of thoroughbred racing over its half-mile course.
