SANTA ANITAS NEW PADDOCK ARCADIA, Calif., Dec. 13. Charles E. Perkins, president of the California Breeders Association and owner of the Kentucky Derby winner Flying Ebony, visited Santa Anita yesterday. He was particularly impressed with all the improvements made at the park for the coming season and stated that the new saddling paddock was a wonder. Perkins stands Flying Ebony at his Alisal Ranch, back of Santa Barbara. He was impressed with the two-year-old son of Flying Ebony, Ebonito, owned by Maj. Ral Parr and stabled here- in the string trained by Guy Bedwell, stating that this colt was the largest and most-rugged of Flying Ebonys get that he had ever seen.
