I MO ONE Y LOSES FINAL APPEAL WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 13 The Supreme Court has denied the motion of Thomas J. Mooney, widely known labor prisoner, for an original writ of habeas corpus so that it can determine whether he is imprisoned in San Quentin unconstitutionally. Mooneys motion followed four previous unsuccessful efforts to persuade the high court to hear his case. Counsel for Mooney termed the petition his "final appeal to the con- 1 science of the court."
