1 CHARLES TOWN TURF NOTES $ . $ William Hamilton, starter at Charles Town, has received his appointment as steward at Hollywood, Fla. Hamilton is no stranger to the position, as he serves as steward representing the Arkansas Racing Commission at Hot Spring and has had similar experience at other tracks. W. Zakoor departed for a hunting trip in Canada. His horses will be shipped to Florida for a winter campaign. Trainer Frank White, who conditions the horses of P. S. P. Randolph, plans to winter Bis charges at Pinehurst, S. C, at the con- illusion of the meeting here. , Jockey W. Cook joined the local riding colony. He came from his home in Nashau, I Idaho. j Trainer James Arthur will ship to Havana, Cuba, after the meeting here. Included in the shipment will be six horses the property of G. C. Strother. "Lally" Collier, timer and identifier here, will take up a similar position at Tropical Park at the conclusion of the local meeting. Jockey E. Terhune will ply his trade at Havana during the winter season.
