DIAMOND JUBILEE MEETING j AT HELENA, MONTANA HELENA, Mont., April 18. Montana will celebrate its seventy-fifth anniversary of statehood with an up-to-date meeting at the state fair grounds, it was assured when the Diamond Jubilee committee of Montana closed a contract with J. Burke Clements, president of the Montana Exhibition Company whereby a seven-day meeting will be, held July 13 to 19, inclusive. Clements has, previously staged successful race meetings at the state fair grounds here and brought, the betting back to Montana in 1925 after i ten years of adverse legislation. The jubilee committee will put on a historical pageant at the fair grounds each evening following the races, and the committee J in charge is confident the greatest crowd ever to gather for a celebration will be on i hand in July for the big show. j Clements announced seven races daily for j the seven days and says the purses will be more liberal than ever before. Following the racing at Helena there will be two meetings of six days duration in the state, one at Great Falls and a meeting following at Billings.
