MARKS CHANGES PLANS LEXINGTON, Ky.. April 18-Trainer Willie Booth, upon receipt of changed instructions from Leo J. Marks, this morning canceled his order for a car which was to have taken his division of the Le Mar Stock Farm horses to Narragansett Park, and placed an order for a car to go later to California. On account of the illness of his mother, who is recovering in a Los Angeles hospital, Marks has decided to remain in California for another three or four months, until his mother is well and strong enough to make the trip back to Columbus, Ohio. Accordingly, he wants one of the three strings where he can enjoy the horses. The division in charge of trainer "Tiny" Keezek, now at Keeneland, will move to Churchill Downs, thence to North Randall and remain on the Ohio circuit. The division in charge of trainer Al Woodman, now at Douglas Park, will go to Detroit from Louisville and thence to Chicago, after Detroit. There will be thirty-six horses to carry the Marks colors this season.
