MYERS STILL IN HOSPITAL CINCINNATI, Ohio, April 18. Hit on the head by a thrown ball while his teammates, were dropping the National Leagues 1939 inaugural yesterday, 7 to 5, to Pittsburgh, Billy Myers, Cincinnati shortstop, remained in Christ Hospital today. X-ray examinations revealed the youthful Redleg did not suffer a skull fracture, but his exact condition may not be known for a day or so. Hospital attaches said Myers spent a restful night
