DU PONT INSPECTS JUMP COURSE BALTIMORE, Md., May 1.— William du Pont, Jr., was a visitor here yesterday to make a final inspection of the new steeplechase course built under his direction. He pronounced it in excellent condition. Incidentally du Ponts Dauber was the winner of the Preakness last year.
