J., May 1— Camp Nord-lund, maintained by the pro-Nazi German-American Bund, was open for its third season today, to the echoes of a violent vituperation of President Roosevelt delivered by William Kunze, public relations director of the Bund, from a platform bedecked with American flags. "If President Roosevelt has any character left he should look for the first hole and pull himself into it," Kunze I * I- - i- told a crowd of 1,000 cheering Bund members and their families. President Roosevelts peace message was described by Kunze as an insult to Chancellor Adolf Hitler and Premier Benito Mussolini.
