RECEIVE NOMINATIONS FOR GOVERNORS HANDICAP COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 5.— Nominations for the ,500 added Governors Handicap which will headline the final day of the spring meeting at Beulah Park Saturday, May 20, are beginning to roll in and from all indications the classiest field that has ever paraded to the post at the Grove City course will answer the bugle call for this event. Already received are, the nominations of John W. Galbreaths Francesco, Harry D. Shepards Worpoise, Joseph Baumbachs Zevson and I. J. Collins Bernard F. The- distance in the Governors Handicap is at one mile and a sixteenth and the race is for three-year-olds and upward.
