GOVERNORS HANDICAP, MAY 20 GROVE CITY, Ohio, May 5.— The Governors Handicap, 1939, will be run Saturday, May 20, 1939 at Beulah Park for three-year-olds | and upward, subscription fee 0 additional to start, ,500 added, of which 00 to second, 50 to third, 25 to fourth. Entries to close Monday, May 15, by mail or wire. Weights to be announced Wednesday, May 17. Starters to be named through the entry box the day before the race at the usual time of closing.
