ADAMS TO RIDE TECHNICIAN LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 5.— Herbert M. Woolf, owner of Technician, announced that Jockey Johnny Adams had been engaged to ride the crack son of Insco in Saturdays renewal of the Kentucky Derby. Adams, who replaces Ira Hanford, led the American riders list in 1937.
