1 BEULAH PARK TURF NOTES | - 1 Jockey E. T. Moore was suspended by the stewards for the remainder of the Beulah Park meeting for rough riding astride In Step in the fifth race Saturday. Samuel C. Nuckols arrived here Monday and assumed the duties of the presiding steward for the final week of the meeting Nuckols came from Pawtucket, R. I., where* he was presiding steward at Narragansett. Following Beulah Park he will go to North Randall to serve as presiding steward for a thirty-three day meeting, from May 27 through July 4 at Cleveland. At Beulah, Nuckols replaced Thomas C Bradley, who left for Charles Town, W Va where he will be presiding steward at that meeting. Following the departure of racing secretary Fred V. Burton for Charles Town, Owen Pons was named in charge of the secretarys office. Burton is racing secretary at Charles Town. W. J. Marlman departed for Detroit with Cold Moon, Siva and Geezum. Dave Christian shipped Foxster, Cant Catch, Belle Elan Law Maid, Blind Law and Miltons Gold to the same point. Johnny Flinchum, apprentice from Miamisburg, Ohio, who was injured in a fall last week, was a visitor Monday. He expeots to resume riding in about three
