ALEX KYLE GOLF WINNER HOYLAKE, England, May 27.— Alex Kyle, who scored the deciding point in Britains Walker Cup victory over the United States last year, today won the British amateur golf championship with a 2 and 1 victory over Tony Duncan, Welsh army officer.
