LINDY IN CONNECTICUT EAST HARTFORD, Conn., May 27.— Col. Charles A. Lindbergh made a tour of inspection of the United Aircraft plant here in the course of his War Department assignment. While here he conferred with Igor Sikorsky, designer of the famous "S" flying boats.
