CHRYSE1S appeared sore going to the post and was never dangerous. ALL FORGIVEN was outpaced. PENNYCRESS lacked speed throughout. USICKLE quit. VOLTINA showed nothing. Corrected weight — Voltina, 106. ZOR, under mild reserve early, responded when urged, overhauled the leaders gradually and was up to win in the final stages. SNOBEEDO, a strong contender throughout, improved his position gradually, offered stubborn contention when challenged, but could not withstand the winner. QUOTUM, widely outpaced early, came to the inside in the stretch, closed resolutely and was wearing down the first two. TOO BUSY closed a good cap in a fine effort. LITTLE COQLTNA "could not keep pace. EBONY GIRL tired in the stretch. GUSTAVIA lacked speed throughout. LA MARQUISE displayed good speed for three quarters, but failed to rally to pressure.
