P. Morrissey to a thrilling tri-i umph in a photo finish of the renewal of the Orpen Memorial re-run. Archworth, meeting the test of his career against the members of the older division, was a scant nose back at the end of the mile and one-! sixteenth. H. C. Hatchs Suffern raced to third posi-e tion, a length and one-half back of the lead-._ crs and a length and a half before the Cos-, grave Stables Mona Bell, which had tri-0 umphed in the running at Long Branch. The latter, a daughter of Osiris II. and Belmona, showed a marked dislike for the Dufferin track, losing ground on the first turn and refusing to extend herself in the cuppy go- |B* Bunty Lawless was expertly handled in his victory by J. Convey and earned the winners portion of ,000. Following the running of the feature. Miss M. Kane, rep- resenting W. F. Morrissey, who has been in ill health for some time, was presented with a miniature of the original cup by Fred S. Orpen, director of the Metropolitan Racing Association. A crowd of more than 15.000 witnessed the thrilling feature. Dull, cloudy skies hung over the course, but the track, always on the soft side, was at its best.
