DELAWARE PARK NOTES | _ _4 The plater Cascapedia, a starter in the seventh race Friday for Mrs. B. H. Jackson, pulled up lame in the running. Jockey R. Dotter, who came from Illinois, to ride War Plumage for J. C. Brady in the Delaware Oaks Saturday, stated that he would remain here for the balance of the meeting. Jockey "Vincent Polk, who is riding here for the A. C. C. Stable and H. G. Bedwell, became a full-fledged rider after the racing at Delaware Park on Saturday, when his five-pound apprentice allowance expired. O. S. Jennings, owner of a useful stable racing here and his trainer, Charles Reilly, left late Saturday for Beckers Farm, near Baltimore, to inspect several horses that are turned out there. Hal Price Headley, who is racing a division of his stable here in charge of his nephew, Duval Headley, arrived from Lexington, Ky., to inspect his stock and remain for Saturdays racing. Monis Johnson, telegraph operator for the Nationwide News Service, who suffered a broken arm and head injuries in an automobile accident on Friday, was released from Delaware Hospital and transferred to his home at Baltimore, Md. Tall Trees Stables Last Message, a sched uled starter in the Mont Chanin Handicap, was excused from the engagement when it was found he went lame after a morning workout. Bernard Murn, supervisor of the "tote" in the clubhouse section at Delaware Park, will celebrate his fourth wedding anniversary June 25th. He plans an entertainment for his friends. Jockey A. Craig, returned here from Suffolk Downs and reported to head trainer W. A. Crawford, of the Fairfields, and W. S. Kilmer stables. Jockey Lucas Dupps came from New England to ride Arden Lass in the Polly Drum-mond Stakes for Jouett Shouse.
