WELLS HEADS CREDIT BODY GRAND T APIDS, Mich., June 17.— At the close of the annual convention of the National Association of Credit Men, Charles A. Wells, of St. Joseph, Mo., was chosen president; John L. Redmond, of New York, was elected eastern vico president; Fred J. Ham-merin, of Indianapolis, central vice-president, and Ray C. Wilson, of Salt Lake City, western vice-president.
