Colonel Harts Plans FORT WORTH, Texas, June 27. Col. J. O. Hart, who has a division of horses racing at Omaha, left Hurst, where his thoroughbred nursery and training track is located, for the Nebraska track and will remain to the end of the meeting, after which he will ship his horses to Dade Park, where they will be campaigned this summer. Horace Rumage, who also has several horses in training, has charge of the Hart colorbearers.
