Jarvis Spreads Paint ARLINGTON, Texas, June 27. After the breeding season at Fred and Mary Brownings Top o the Hill, Jack Jarvis, major domo of this establishment, donned overalls and, with a little help and much paint, he gave the layout a complete going over. Jarvis painted the big barn throughout and also the various outbuildings and fences. The Top o the Hill, always good condition, now looks better than ever.
