O. K. Mullen Victor In Quivera Handicap OMAHA, Neb., June 27. O. K. Mullen made it two victories at .the meeting when he carried the silks of the partners, What-ley and Fogelon, to account for the Quivera Handicap, the feature event of the Saturday eight-race card. The five-year-old son of Okapi and Diana Mullen was kept within striking distance of the pace by jockey L. Whiting to the stretch turn, then under a drive, moved up swiftly between the leaders, took "command a sixteenth out and continuing on lasted to win by a head over H. Nellors All Lizzie. The latter, showing good speed from the beginning, forced the pace to midway of the home stretch, then moved up, but although under punishment was unable to hold the winner and just managed to stall off the swiftly-closing Scar Leg for the place. Scar Leg came from far back while racing on the outside but could not get up in time. The race was run over a good track and the time for the six furlongs was 1:12 flat. The winner returned a .20 pay-off.
